With the World Points Credit Card what is higher a Platinum Plus or a Signature. What is the difference in terms of APR, Eligibility etc? What is the highest level of cards? Is My Concierege a good service? Are the airfares really without blackout dates? Is there accident insurance. With the new Bank of America World Points card with 1.25 points is the Platnium Plus the highest level?

How long do dental fillings last, and can they cause problems?

Posted by Bidadari Lembayung Senja 20 January, 2010 (1) Comment

I got some dental fillings for cavities 4-5 months ago. I think I felt them right after the operation but within maybe a couple of days I didn’t feel anything, and I don’t think I feel any difference now. I also periodically get pain where one of the fillings were – I’d feel some pain for a few days and then it disappears for a month or so. Does that mean I need to get it checked again and possibly refilled?

Can I convert my 2nd mortgage to an unsecured loan?

I am planning on selling my home. I have a 2nd mortgage through the same bank that holds my original mortgage. Would the bank consider converting the 2nd mortgage to a regular loan? My 2nd mortgage is only 13,000 but it does make a difference with the slow housing market.

I do not have a job and need work on my teeth. My father is trying to get single dental ins for me but he can’t find ins only dental discount plans. When we start out they say insurance plan, then when we call to order they say well this is just a dental discount plan. What’s the difference?

Easy Weight Loss Diets

Posted by Bidadari Lembayung Senja 8 November, 2009 (0) Comment

It is a fact that over half of Americans are overweight.  With most of us having busy schedules, it’s not so easy to stick to diets or work out on a regular basis. But, all hope is not lost. The following advice should help you lose those unwanted bounds easily by following a safe diet plan and exercising.   The first piece of advice deals with exercising. Always exercise on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Talk a walk on a treadmill or around the block a few times. Ten minutes will make a difference by burning stored energy – namely fat.  The second useful tip is not eating late night snacks. If you avoid snacking three hours before bedtime, you wont be storing fat, and you will be amazed at the results. Tip number three suggests that if you are going to drink coffee, make it black.  Fancy coffee flavored drinks with cream and sugar are loaded with calories, as opposed to zero in a good old cup of black coffee.  Tip four recommends that you eat four or five small meals a day rather than the traditional three. Your metabolism needs constant fuel to burn fat. If you feed it in small amounts several times, your metabolism stays high and burns more calories. Finally, cut down on your carbohydrate intake. This will make a huge difference in how much and how quickly you will lose weight. Eliminate as much bread and other starches as you can from your diet, and you’ll see why it works when you step on the scale. Take this advice, and you’ll see what easy weight loss dieting is all about. Have a look at www.awesome-fat-eliminator.info and www.burnthefathub.com
